I’ve said it for years ALL LIFE MATTERS.
It never started with black lives, it started when Anglo Europeans who came across the waters, and enforced their beliefs and practices on every native people they came across who didn’t follow what they considered appropriate or moral.
I am working on a poem to tell the world exactly why All Life Matters to me and why they should matter to you as well.

Acceptance Learning your life matters to one person, when it never matter to you.
Does Your Life Matter? Is your life worth Protecting, is any life?
I say YES, with my dying breath, I will protect the right of all Life, will you?
Learn How much is a life worth, its priceless, for once it’s gone it can never be replaced. There’s no need for this strife, we can all walk in the light, bring love, compassion, and kindness to the fight, and we can teach change is right.
Lament Lives lost, lines crossed, sacrifices made, martyrs in the grave, who are we to say you dig your own grave, when we push are fellow beings farther and farther away. It is a waste and disgrace, this segregation due to race.
Love Our diversity cannot be the cause of adversity, seek to unite through the pain and strife the love of all life. Sentient beings are found all around, from the depths of seas, to mountainous heights. So, why can’t we find time to Love all life as Divine, are we so blind?
Invigorate Knowledge is Power, do not cower, invincible all as we stand together tall, against improprieties that will cause life to fall. Exhilarate for society’s sake, let’s not make the same mistake as those before us or society will break.
Facilitate If all we do is change one life at a time, we will all climb as a beautiful great vine for all life is intertwined, either by a gods design or chaotic time, we will make a pact to bridge the gap between young and old, our wisdom we must unfold.
Educate Evaluate those who seek to protect, for egotism and entropy are behaviors we do not respect, so why do we continue to elect those we should reject. Expect those we select and elect to have empathy in excess, to exalt equality at its best, and empower society for its variety.
Minority We are the minority, for our ancestors were the majority, they came across seas and lands to be free of existential commands. Through decades humanity has strived to survive, we took a stand for native lands, as slaves we craved for rights to be gave, virtuous suffragettes spoke to vote, WWII on American soil we interned all Japanese people, for fear we would get burned, a Jr. King would sing “That all men are created equal” yet here we are watching the sequel.
Attention Don’t stall stand together all, we must attest to our best, the reason for protest, and those who control will know, for atrocities they’ve condoned they must atone.
Testify We’ve all been around uptown and down, I ask you now look down, see your fellow man working hard surviving this harsh land, with heads held high let us rise and resound that “We will no longer be held down”.
Tensions Near and far how our world has been scared, while treaties old and new though carefully rendered to protect me and you, are threatened to be torn in two. While tyrants reign supreme, segregation shall remain unchanged.
Take note your tenacity I invoke this is no joke, serious thought I Provoke.
Experience As we evolve through our experiences, eccentricities express our differences, while change is inevitable, the Unity of our Nation must be indivisible.
Revolutionize Resistance is NOT futile, resolve to revive reason, respect all life, rebuke racism as retrogression, while requiring Rulers to accept responsibility for restoring our rights, of which we should not have to fight.
Stand The suppression of rights is why we unite, we fight with resound, as we take to the ground, with heads held high our voices shall cry, YOU WILL LISTEN!
We the people have made the decision, All Life is the Vision, and no longer take this indecision, United We Stand in our mission to end the division.
For this my friends as history attends, no longer can we pretend, for here we are again.
When will this hatred of differences end?
