One More Day

Sleep deprived, go catch my ride, memories deep,
4th of July I survived, danced the night away,
Midnight I reposed tired feet and angrier toes,
Sunshine bright, coffee not far now,
Food for thought doughnuts sandwiches are procured,
There goes my chauffeur another soon will return,
To meeting I’ll adjourn a day long met
Greet a beautiful artistic retreat,
Jingle mingle papers worth singles,
Hello moon can I go home soon,
Gentle sweetness waits within,
Warm bed two furry heads,
Goodnight world be the calm in one,
Dreams and memories come together,
Life on fire burn with desire,
Light fantastic live the vivid dream,
Hard work hope happiness bring.
