We will be voting NO on measure 102 and 26-199, the funding will be going to the same institutions that were given millions of dollars 2 years ago and they have shown NO progress. One of the main recipients of this bond measure, will be Central City Concern. They are an business Improvement district that thrives on the misery of individuals, whom these organizations cycle through their systems and programs. The more return customers the more funding these groups receive, the homeless especially the addicts and alcoholics are a cash cow, when it comes to government grants and bonds. Stop feeding these organization’s addiction of profiting from impoverished communities.
