Saturday Market

I’ve quit working at selling Street Roots, the staff has shown its disrespect to my husband and myself for the last time, their classist behavior.

So, the good that did come out of this was a bit more confidence to got to the Saturday Market and set up street side and sell my wares.

This weekend I sold an original and a print, yeah it may not sounds like much but that’s great.

And a gentleman asked me to create a nightmare before Christmas piece and bring it next weekend, another good.

I’ve been asked also if I do portraits, I’m not sure I want to do the same thing as others, I capture reality and it’s not always pretty, just like the piece I found yesterday, Nap Time I will be working on fleshing out later.

I realize my prints are very inexpensive however they are on plain paper currently until I can upgrade and obtain my own both, yes a market booth is a goal for our future.

This week is take care of storage, get more creations together, and hopefully get my work done around the house and village.
