Update on the Morrigan outfit headdress, I’m using fibatape for the base structure it’s lightweight and sturdy since it’s used for patching plaster walls then over the top of that I’m using a modge podge glue and tissue paper again lightweight yet sturdy I don’t want this to be too heavy for the person either me or someone else who might be wearing it.
